What type visa for my child?

I am drafting up my cover letters and getting ready to send out every thing for my wife and child as in my previous post I am petitioning for my wife to get and IR1 visa because we will have 2 years marriage by the time she gets her visa Sept 15 this year is 2 years but will my 2 year old get IR1 visa or what visa will she get I was looking at the different types and the IR3 and IR4 visa talk about adoption and the IR2 also say adopted by citizen unmarried before 21 years old .The thing is I have not adopted my child but am married to her mom ,I have all the necessary paper work I just need to know does my child get a IR1 visa also and if not what type will she get .Thank you in advance

IR2 if I'm not mistaken. My son got a CR2 when I got my CR1, and my husband had not adopted my him

NVC case numbers March 22nd
My sons AOS and IV bill paid March 23rd (status in progress)
My sons AOS and IV bill shows as paid March 26
My IV bill paid March 26
Both packages sent on March 26
My IV bill shows as paid on March 27th
CC on both cases March 30

Current record holder of fastest through the NVC :D

Medical exam in Stockholm April 13th
Interview on May 16th !!!
POE Anchorage July 12th!! 2012

July 2015 n-400 in the mail

September 2015, interview

October 23rd 2015, Oath ceremony!!!!!​​

Thank you I believe you are right i looked again and it say IR1 vist for spouse and IR2 visa for child under 21 both being Immedate relative which is the best category
