Hey Everyone,

Just wondering: Is there a restriction on how many

times a person can file a I-129F?

I filed one for a woman in Jamaica in 1999,

and I filed one in July of last year for a girl

in Jamaica.

My ex-wife and I parted ways with no animosity,

and she lives about 10 minutes away, and I can

pick up my daughter any time I want.

The I-129F I filed was approved by the NVC.

Will I have any problems with bringing her here?

Thanks.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

This is only your 2nd petition, and your last one was over ten years ago, then you need to make sure that you prove a bonifide relationship.

There is no limit. You will need the waiver since you filed and had one approved within the last two years.

Not a big deal.....however having her successfully pass her interview may be a big deal.....since you could be seen as a gateway for residence to the US.

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!

Inky, I just printed out, read the limitations on filing

a K-1 visa, and we should be fine.

I fedexed her a two-pound package of evidence of our relationship, including

13 months of phone records, my 15-page divorce decree, photos of

us together, a letter from my employer, a letter from my bank,

and three months of pay stubs, along with my I-134 (affidavit of support).

Further, I sent her copies of my passport visas when I went to

see her.

I am not going to stress out over this.

I believe in my heart, we will be ok.

Baron,

No, you misunderstood. I filed the first one back in 1999.

The second one was in July of last year for the girl I want to

come here now.

This one we are working on now is the second.

And they were more than ten years apart.

I've already told her to be ready at the interview for

any questions.

Thanks.
