What I meant is that they will be done soon with July - December files and they will start Januray-March.

I didn't really take the OP to be rooting for their own over earlier ones, more along the lines of trying to get an estimate on when they'd get theirs done. I could be wrong with that though.

Only problem with looking ahead at estimates is either service center can stop or go at any moment. They are completely unpredictable. I'm a february filer, and I have figured my range to be anywhere from June to October depending on what they continue to do.

I would recommend to the OP, to not get too caught up in the guessing when it will come game too early. Wait until you start to see people being approved within a month of your timeline, then start to do the countdown. Otherwise you could just drive yourself crazy. Or you could do like me and figure the long and short times and just assume it'll be the longer and be happy if it's early. That's the theory I'm going with for now.

I think Igor's list is the best way to make sense of what is going on with the service centers.

Have considered filing for an expedite based on USCIS error? Clearly you have the receipts and evidence that they cashed your check the first time around.

I am sorry i didnt mean to come off so mean ! we all want to be with our loved ones, I am sorry if i have offended anyone on here, but understand your case, my case or anyone elses case is just as important to that person, we have no control over how or when each case is processed we can only wait, so instead of critisizing some one as to when they filed or how they need to wait their turn, remember when you first filed you were excited, and wanted so much that as each day passed your number would be next ! this is alot of stress for everyone, so lets support and encurage each other! again i am sorry if i offended anyone!

That's really terrible! Of course, I figured you had already tried it, but I thought I would suggest it just in case. I feel for you. I hope everything works out for you and your fiance this time around.

This is what I did. I think I came up with an overall estimate of being with my fiance in the US by Christmas, taking into account an NOA2 from a Feb filer, plus the consulate stage. I think it's a decent estimate accounting for even some delays so we'll see.

K1 Timeline:

15th Feb 2013 - Mailed I-129F to CSC
21st Feb 2013 - NOA1

4th Jun 2013 - NOA2

7th Aug 2013 - Medical

5th Sep 2013 - Interview

4th Dec 2013 - POE SFO

From Igor's List it looks like July is mostly done. Either they have been processed or are pending an RFE. Whatever is left over looks like normal Igor's List dregs. No offense meant to any actual couples still waiting in Initial Review.... I didn't mean to call you "dregs" :)
