I am starting to freak out! literally it is like October got forgotten about??

What if our stack got so wet it is destroyed and they will never tell us!

I know it seems like it's easy for me to say this, because I'm not in your situation, but honestly, I think you are not too much longer (october filers) before your applications start to be approved.

I think the initial run of November, December filers was an aberration. They went out like crazy for a little bit, then they got back to doing the earlier filers. As they get through the August/July/September filers, I'd be very surprised if we don't start seeing October filers.

USCIS has tested a lot of people's patience this year by delaying I-129F filers in lieu of DACA filers. I do hope they keep up their current pace, and can start getting to October Filers in a few weeks.

It is my understanding things are scanned in to the computer. I could be wrong. But if there is something they can't read I would imagine they would send an RFE and if it is because of the flooding, then you should be able to request and Expidite based on Their error.

hi all, next Tuesday I will have 6 months did I receive the noa1 and have never received NaDa my girlfriend is the petitioner and NaDa called today and what would send a claim and the pc did not accept it, what will happen?

I'm tired of wondering so I made an appointment with my local office. Even if I only hear that its being processed and not in a wet pile of other applications I will be pleased. SOMETHING is better then 188 days of nothing. :bonk:

Congratulations. I am a little confused though, your timeline shows you applied in October (as you stated above) but then it says you got your NOA1 April 18. I think you need to double check your timeline. If you got your NOA2 tonight, you should have an NOA1 date of sometime in October and an NOA2 date in April.

I actually figured that out, but when I went to edit my post, the site crashed and wouldn't let me fix it. It is good to see CSC is still working though even if they didn't quite get to yours yet

I had notice from VJ yeterday notify me of 3 petitions SIMILAR to my date that got approved...2 from Oct 29, and 1 from Oct. 31 GETTING CLOSEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

I'm October 12. Hope ours will be really soon.
