I had to wait for a divorce certificate. Waited 7 months without being with my man. Now we have to wait another 5-7 months for VSC (just filed a couple weeks ago) and then I have to wait another 3 months for my interview. If someone's relationship can't take 2 months apart then consider it a blessing it ended now. I miss him so much. And to top it all off, I don't have ONE family member and my "friends" left me because they don't like my "lifestyle" anymore. I am alone just waiting to be with my true family, my fiance. I hate that VSC has stalled but I will look at is that they are remaining steady and approving people who aren't on this site. Be positive my friends. Today is one more day you can put behind you, one day closer to being with your love.

This actually makes it worse for VSC compared to CSC...if we take the small percentage of CSC and look at the past week, this means CSC has approved over a thousand, while VSC has approved around "70" for the week. :(

Not really. you also havet o remember, CSC is clearing a huge backlog of petitions. VSC wasn't as far behind. I know it looks like CSC is doing better, but they are cleaning up a mess, not approving in order.

I do feel for all of you that are waiting solong and pray your NOA2s come soon

Ha ha, yeah, VSC's "slowdown" is about 3X CSC's pace from December-March. We would have killed to have your slowdown rate 1,2,3,4 months ago.

its pathetic, were starting to have little arguements sometimes because of the distance between us....this is really hard to do, and dont think it should take this long

just think whats a couple of months extra out of a lifetime together it will happen for you both and your journey will be over

plus every couple have arguments about things its more natural than not having any

if you truly love each other nothing will keep you apart you keep rolling down that road till you meet again rain wind or shine

KEEP THE FAITH

Frustrated here as well. Was seeing VSC crank out approvals lately at a steady rate. Then just when they get close to to our date, they have now stalled out again. When I called last, they said they are overwhelmed with DACA and immigration reform (whatever that means).

Sick of skype and bad video quality too! I can't wait to see my Fiancee's non-pixalated face in person.

that was goinng on at the CSC daca is a nightmare feel sorry for people waiting 9 even 10 months i know a workload of daca went to vsc im not trying to cause panic but its true

but dont worry as you are so close now great things take time

( rome wasnt built in a day )

There are still July and August people in VSC...this is not helping them to move DACA to VSC from CSC.....

Why doesn't USCIS hire more people to work on the DACA applications? They are collecting $465.00 per application for DACA and judging by how many were filed, that's a boat load of money!

Sure, CSC has/had it worse, but at this rate Vermont will be about the same. Unlike CSC, Vermont was not in the 3-4 month range before slowing down, so it could get a lot worse. Even when CSC was not moving, Vemont was not popping out like 20 VJ approvals per day.

It's really horrible. The whole thing sucks. No one should have to go through any of this. No matter what SC, we need a smoother process. More secure, faster, and less heartbreaking.

Exactly! CSC was always faster than VSC by months, but when they started slowing to VSC rates they all screamed loudly. Now they (CSC) have unheard of approval rates...over 20 a day? That says they have stopped all other types and are only working on the K1s in CSC. Now VSC has slowed to a trickle...wonder where all those DACAs went to that were slowing down CSC......?????

I found this helpful: http://www.immigration.com/news/uscis/workload-transfer-vermont-service-center-nebraska-service-center

Always stay positive. EVERYONE has to wait. I'm going to keep the "faith" as the expression goes that Vermont is going to stay steady AND try to beat their goal and put all the other centers to shame, making them amp up their pace too.

Yes, Everyone has to wait.....so CSC has ten approvals for today 4/23 and many more to go...probably 20-25 more... VSC has a total of "zero" as of ten pm....CSC is approving November and December filers also...waiting is ok...but NO APPROVALS is more than just waiting...
