Okay so I posted that my case was touched on 11/15 and I have checked on line since to check status and nada changed. I just checked and it was changed:

Receipt Number: MSCXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred.

The I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) that was transferred to our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location is now pending there. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done, counting from when USCIS received it. This case is at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. My status is changed when I logged in this afternoon on uscis.gov but last time my case was touched was on 11/02/2006. How come message changed without touch date ever changed? Last time date on my case changed was 11/02/2006. Any clue?

The same thing with me...last touch was 11/9 but the msg has changed...dont know what it means...

Huh, your right, i just noticed the same on mine. I've only been checking the dates, and didnt read the message till now. I wonder if its busted with all the web changes they have been making, or if they just ninja changed it.

Guys my husband came home tonight with the mail...guess what! The approval notice was in the mail!!!!!!!!!!! My online status never changed SO CHECK YOUR MAIL BOXES. I was approved on 11/14.

TongandWei, I am with vermont. I believe CSC is moving faster then vermont (my guess). Lets hop and wish everyone will get approval soon. Nothing we can do other then wait and pray.

I got the same message too! but the date never changed (mine was 10/28/06 but when i clicked into the message, i got the following message:
