What I'm saying is who cares if they strip him of his citizenship? I think its non-important in the scheme of the severity of killing and maiming hundreds of people. That would be the very least of a concern about this whole horrific event.

Some people would care a lot. They would feel less like it was an American that did it. Some people would feel it should be mandatory.

In fact, so many of the posts I've read about this (on FB, news etc) talk about sending him back "to his country". Ignorant, or uncaring of the fact "his country" is THIS country, America.

In the grand scheme, no, his nationality doesn't matter and it shouldn't matter but to a lot of people it does. Makes them feel safer if it wasn't "one of their own".

But what it takes to revoke citizenship is a good question, just probably not very ... p.c. to link it to this event.

Massachusetts does not have the death penalty, and as a naturlized US citizen unless there is an "accident" it is highly unlikely he will be killed whilst in custody.

He will be tried under federal law, not Massachusetts law

I likes neighbors with guns, preventing land grabs and insurrections.

Just sayin...

LOL that's fir what we have today from all the craziness going on today but where I came from your neighbor would stand with you in a fight not against you. I hope that everything goes better than what we see now.

Maybe I did ask my question in a wrong way but I didn't have nothing against the guy nor the victims just a question to clarify some gray area. As I said before regardless of his citizenship he should be persecuted to the fullest as he is one of the enemies of the this country.

what I find curious - and I may not have all the facts correct - i'm only going by what I have heard in the news, The family came here on political asylum, as refugees, got their citizenship 9/11/12 and then moved back to where they fled from 6 months after getting their citizenship..... so... you come here seeking asylum because its a dangerous place but then go back as soon as you are a citizen? Just wondering if the parents may have some involvement in this

To be honest I thought once you apply for an asylum you can't go back to that country, but why would you commit an act of terrorist attack against the country that provided you protection. I'm not saying he should do it against any other country.

I don't know what you mean by land grabs or who you are calling a land grab here. but just to let you know if you feel threatened by me or my neighbors, you don't need all of that fear and all of your guns and you machines because we will not land grab nobodies land.

You seem like your history is wrong and you need to be taught about history and what happened in history. I can show you that you (not personally you) are worse than who you are calling land grabs.
