Did the letter state that you were going to be getting a date for an interview once it was received at the field office?

here is the exact lette I received. I received this without RFE, and no schedule of interview up to now. and also i am eligible to apply for citizenship on april 30, can I apply for citizenship while im still waiting for I751 interview?

Dear Sir or Madam,

This letter is in reference to your Form 1-751, Petition to Remove the Condition on Residence. This is to notify you that your petition has been relocated to the USCIS Field Office listed below for adjudication. That office will schedule an interview for you. When an interview date becomes available, that office will notify you in a separate notice of the date and time you will need to appear for the interview.

When you appear for the interview, you must bring this notice and your appointment notice, along with evidence to establish that the marriage through which you gained your conditional residence status was entered into in good faith. This evidence may include, but is not limited to, joint bank accounts, joint leases, joint mortgage, insurance policies, canceled checks, joint bills, children's birth certificates, income tax returns, wills, affidavits from acquaintances, photos, etc. If you are applying under one of the exemption provisions, you will be required to bring evidence to support your claim.

Any further correspondence concerning your petition should be directed to your local Field Office at the address shown below.

yes you need to file 1-751 to remove conditions first, thats strange that they ask you to have a interview not to many people have interviews on ROC unless they don't belive your true marriage uscis want more proof about your marriage bring a lot of evidence of your marriage living togather, after you do the 1-751 remove conditions , married you can file for n-400 citizenship three years minus 90 days.

Don't worry about why they are interviewing you. They do this on a random basis and a certain portion of cases do get interviews. However, you should get an infopass appointment and go talk to them to see what is going on in your case or call the hotline.

Good luck!

I got the exact same thing. All this means is that you have been selected to interview. Expect a letter from the local local field office. I got this and three weeks later, I got a letter with the interview date with the local office.
