You'll call NVC (603) 334-0700 Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Eastern Time) and will ask for Manila Case #, give them a call sometime next week. Once you get your MNL case # you could go ahead print the deposit slip and pay the visa fee to any BPI branch.

The OP is from France, why would they have a MNL case number and pay in the Philippines if they live in France?

Oh my bad, sorry OP I thought I was in the Philippine Portal (must be that pregnancy brain fart). Please disregard the bottom portion of my reply, sorry I didn't mean to confuse you. Just call that NVC # and ask for your country specific case #

Wow, can't even a mistake here without getting your head chewed, just saying...

DEPENDING ON WHERER YOU LIVE THERE ARE BETTER TIMES TO CALL WHERE YOU NOT WAITING ON HOLD FOR A LONG TIME. FOR EXAMPLE I LIVE 2 STATES AWAY FROM THE NVC SO I CALL RGHT AT 7:30 AM OR EVEN 8:00 AM AND GET SOMEONE RIGHT AWAY..I ASKED HER HOW LONG TO GET TO EMBASSY SHE SAID THERE IS NO TIMEFRAME.

Until interview: about 2 months.

No real need to call NVC, unless you want to track your file.
