You will be eligible to IR1 Visa as u have been married for 3 years .... IR1 Gives you 10 years green card while CR1 gives you 2 years green card and then one must remove conditions before their 2nd anniversary ( which don't apply on you )

I130 is the form you fill and send to USCIS to be approved and get the IR1 visa

Good Luck

Have you read the guides?

IR1/CR1 is a type of visa. They stand for immediate relative/conditional relative. It is the visa for US Citizen spouses. The only difference between them is length of marriage at point of entry equals the type of permanent residence card received. If a couple has been married for 2 years or more when the spouse lands in the USA after obtaining the visa, then the spouse is given IR1 status and a 10 year green card. If the couple has been married for less than 2 years, the spouse has CR1 status and a 2 year conditional green card.

The US citizen spouse must file a petition to allow their spouse to apply for the visa. The petition is the I-130 form. In the guides on this website and in the instructions of the I-130, it tells you exactly all the forms and documents you must also send with the I-130 petition. Only after the I-130 petition is approved can the foreign spouse apply for a visa.

You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose.  - Dr. Seuss
