hello everyone Im heading to the Phils on May 6th an d I want to get ahead of the game when Im there ,I was wondering what I need as far as paper work to get my fiancee to fill out and bring back with me for the I 129 packet any help would be appreciated. It just seem a little overpowering right now and I cant think straight so thanks in advance for your help....

While I think its not a bad idea to see a CENOMAR and NSO BC, there is no value in adding them to the I-129F petition. Both those items will be required during the K-1 visa application and those (if included in the I-129F packet) will not fill the bill.

While not needed for your I-129F, get copies of her birth certificate, maybe 2 or more copies.

If her birth certificate is not VERY clean, with clear print, also get her baptismal certificate from the church.

Get copies of her High School graduation diploma.

Get copies of her college transcripts if she has them.

After she gets here and is looking for work you will need them.

Its cheaper to grab them now.

Birth Certificates from NSO, get at least 4, they're cheap.

Birth Certificate is not required at initial stage of the petition. If you send it with I-129F and you get an adjudicator that don't know the whole process you might an RFE and could delay your process for something that was not needed to begin with. But then again that's your choice to make.

Good luck! Yes look through the Guide as mentioned before and fill in as much as you can. Bring all the forms with you and finish/sign them there. I did that wiith Joan in October and filed within two/three days of returning to the US!

Have her sign two copies of the documents. Just in case. What can it hurt? If there is a request for lost documents you got them ready.
