Hey guys!

The visa interview is tomorrow

and I was double checking everything with my fiancee

and on her packet 3, it says that the DS-157 need only filled out by MALE applicants between 16 and 45 years of age. Now, my fiancee is, of course, a female, so would this make her exempt of the DS-157?? Of am I, the US citizen, the applicant?

No it is not new it has always been this way because of selective service for men.

Sorry but you aren't the applicant of the visa. US citizen cannot get a K-1 visa. Only the immigrant is the applicant of the VISA. She being a woman does not fill it out for her visa forms/interview.

You are the US citizen petitioner.
