i did. a couple of months after we were sent back to uscis for review, i contacted my senators office, senator john cornyn of texas and he wrote back that he spoke with uscis and advised me of what they told him and he said too, if after 10 months from the date uscis reeceived the petition back from dos and i havent heard anything to contact him again and he would see what he could do.

i even contact my congressmans office again and for 9 months i heard nothing from them until maybe about a month ago when they advised me i would have to get a lawyer and that they could not help me anymore if i wanted to fight it.they acted like i wanted to appeal it right now when we have been reaffirmed.

so moral of the story i guess it depends on the mood of both congressmans and senators what they will do.

good luck!
