I'm sorry but can you take your caps lock off and type properly that is HORRIBLY hard to read. The only thing I get out of that is you are married and on government assistance. The rest is a mess to read and hurts the eyes.

You also cannot file for a K-1 visa because you are married. I am moving your post to the spousal visa forums.

Welcome to VJ. No one here can suggest where to find a co sponsor. You will have to find someone from your family or friends as no total stranger would take such a risk. Other than that you have to find a job that will cover your household even if it is not in your career field. Word of advice, keep your real name private.

All the information you seek is on the uscis website on both the I-864, the instructions for the I-864 and the I-864p which is the poverty guidelines page. It's all under "FORMS" on www.uscis.gov

Just as a note, no stranger on the internet, especially one on this forum, will randomly sign an i-864 for someone else. You will need to find a friend or family member that can help you if you cannot help yourselves.

If there is no one in your family that makes enough to help you sponsor your spouse then you need to seach through your friends. Many times someone in your place of worship is a good place to look. Does he have any relatives in the states. Your sponsor must be a US citizen or a permanent resident.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.
