Thank god my two children and I are finally approved. noa1 4/22/2013. Transferred 11/27/2013 noa2 1/21/2014. We submitted only 8 wedding photo, and other relevant document. no other proof of bonafide marriage. Moving on to nvc congrats to all those who were approved and all the best on the rest of the journey. God is good.

Does anyone know or have any idea whether there is some sort of policy as to how long should the person handling the case at the service center take once the RFE response is received? I mean they say to wait 60 days but there has to be some sort of policy right ? I mean they cannot just move onto other applications when they have an open file/case sitting right infront of them. Sometimes they take less than a week to approve a case and in some cases I have herd a month to even more than 6 months. Whatsup with that ??? So basically there is nothing or no guideline for them to follow or for us to keep a track of?

Got my RFE letter today, all it was to send a copy of My wife's Birth Certificate. I'm sure I included it with the initial submission, but it does not matter what I say, it matter what they say. So I have the birth certificate available with the translation and I'll send it tomorrow, then wait again....
