They did complete 101 petitions in Dec 2011 but that from that point they started going down and down & were only able to complete 9 petitions in entire month of May 2013

Should they not be getting in to guinness book of world records on such an achievement

Several months, they completed 0 despite having cases that were still pending. This is part of the reason why I believe that they're just not devoting appropriate resources to this backlog, are not taking it seriously, and will just manipulate the data to reach that 5 month mark, if they bother attempting to meet it at all.

Well, now we know what company they use for their email systems. I'm going to conjecture that either they've gotten enough response that they've tried to kill off the email addresses for a while hoping it would stop, they changed the email addresses, they're having actual DNS problems, or problems with their email program or server. OR your email provider has gotten blacklisted. Can you try with a different email address?

We could also challenge the Feb 2013 ####### by saying that this is "as of 31 Oct 2013. We are in Jan 2014 we don't expect them to be processing the same date.

Several months, they completed 0 despite having cases that were still pending. What kinda shocked me was that the month they reached 92 pending petitions the next month 78 petitions was awaiting customer response (I presume RFE) and showed their highest completion of 101... Now they have the highest amount of awaiting petitions in 2 years and people is getting crazy RFEs again.. I would presume they are playing with numbers again.. Just my guess.. But CSC is crazy with the amount they have done in the past.. They should just let CSC do them all

Service request for my I-130 and my K-3 explaining how we prefer to go with the K-3. She gave me FEB 1st as the date they have to respond. PRAY FOR US EVERYONE. I really want the K-3. It would save us the 2 months at the NVC. If we have to wait for the NVC and then the interview and then the waiver. We are looking at at least another 7 months. I can take 2 months or more off that process with the K-3
