Reading a lot of treads lately and came to the following conclusion:

CSC did not slow down and transfer the I-821D Consideration of Deferred Action to TSC to start working on I129F... they did this to start working on H1B's. This year they got they reached their cap within the first week for the 2014 year on H1B's (65,000 regular and 20,000 premium).

I am not sure how many of the H1B petitions went to CSC but can speculate it was a lot. If this is the case I don't see movement of the I129F for some time (3-4-? mths)...

Is this what others are seeing as well?

Looking at the CSC trend data from the last 2 years, they do seem to process a lot of i129f petitions during the summer. So, yeah, i think we should see some nice movement through I-129fs in the next 3 months. At least, that is my opinion.
