Any here (of appropriate age) can repeat their formula, it's easy. Join the service and get mobilized.

You can check out their profile, the cause for this and all other recent fast-turn-around expedites that I have seen have been military, but one involved a Haitian. One other couple claimed a few week turn-around back in January attributing it to a paid Visa service, but frankly I will have doubts on that one unless I see something substantiating the A2 to A2 timeframe like a scanned set of documents and I don't expect that to occur.

Join the military--get K1's approved fast. Seems like a deal to me.
