Hi guys... i know everybody had been into so much agony waiting for update sand approvals from service centers and embassy s..We are starting this new chapter in our lives and it will greatly be appreciated if anyone could help. We would like to ask for your help to let us know what are the forms that needed to be sent to the service centers in filing for a petition... thanks for your kindness. Good luck to all!

4/26/2013 NOA1 email confirmation
5/02/2013 Alien number Changed
5/03/2013 NOA 1 hardcopy mailed
7/10/2013 Transfered to Local USCIS for processing
7/22/2013 Address was changed relating to the I129F
7/26/2013 RFE hard copy received
7/29/2013 RFE mailed back
8/02/2013 CFO passed!
8/07/2013 NOA 2!!!

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Thank you so much. We just mailed our Petition forms and it was accepted (with official Receipt Notice (Form I-797)) last 4/26/2013

Good luck, after receiving your Form I-797c (NOA1) now the initial series of patience-building waits begin. As others have mentioned, become acquainted with the great information contained in GUIDES (accessible at the top of the forum page.

Though it is hard not to do, avoid :clock: , it can drive you crazy.

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
