My sister applyed for her husband to come to america

They had an interview and they told her everything is fine to just wait for their phone call

Im wondering how long does it take to get a phone call

And was anyone in the same situition

If they are married they cannot have applied for a K-1 visa because it is for unmarried people only.

What did they file for, when was the interview, were they given a paper at the end of the interview and what is on the paper. We need a lot more information to help with this.

Im not sure what they applyed for......The interview was on feb 11 2012

And yes the gave her a paper at the end if the interview to pay before they leave the country

it took 12 days for them to call me back itis normal did they give them 221 form saying that they had administrative review? if so that happen to most of people applying from MENA country which means a name check it might not take long but sometimes it does

yes. I had my interview 23/10/2012 and they called me back 12 days later yes they said it might take 90 day. i think you should call DOS and they will give you more information about your case

So they have been waiting for a phone call for almost 15 months? Or did you mean Feb 2013.

Please get more information from them so we can help you properly.
