I posted on there too. Said that the purpose of fiance and spousal visa is to reunite families as well and that many people could post pictures and stories that are just as heartbreaking. Said that it´s not fair that legal immigrants are being punished for choosing the legal route with unreasonably long waiting times and referred to CSC.

I said all of this in a very civilized way though I know we all want to vent but I think one is more likely to be taken seriously if they express themselves eloquently and respectfully.

I totally agree. I just don't want to say anything as I know it will have no effect.

I just miss my wife and I know there are no politicians who can feel my pain.

It's ok to make people who had been in USA years ago leagally.But it should not be the reason to stop or reduce others immigration petitions !!!!!! Making ileaglly people be leaglly need a process and a government plan, to add recource or make a processing time plan, WHICH S HOULD BE THE SAME AS PEOPLE WHO ARE IN A LEAGLY PROCESS. but the currently thing is, the petition of people who are doing this immigration process leaglly , as K1 visa of CSC had already been incredible reduced, every couple when we start this immigration plan we had started the whole thing with a plan of work, economical, life, every thing, considering the average procesing time, but now here is NO average time, here are NO ANSWER for this leaglly immigration people. So, what do you want to show to whom respect this country, leaglly paying every centimo of tax, respect USA law? WE k1 people ALL FEEL SO PUNISHED now!!! NO PROBLEM TO LET ILEAGLLY IMMIGRATED PEOPLE TO BE LEAGAL, NO MATTER WHAT'S THE REASON ! BUT HERE ARE NO REASON TO HURT PEOPLE WHO ARE DOING A LEAGALLY IMMIGRATION !!!! AT LEAST!!!

i thinking it's tender enough, did not try to hurt anybody, DACA petitioner or whoever it is, just said what it should be, as a Fair way.

If this is what you posted, you should have asked for help. The English is soo bad it is hard to even tell what you are saying. I am not insulting you at all, I am just saying ask someone for help if you are trying to get someones attention. You will not be taken seriously if you post something they can not understand with this many errors.

1, Firstly, i shold say thank u for pointing me this issue. I modified the post at FB and VJ ( at VJ, it is the next post as a reply to my original one, cause the original one on VJ could not be edited ) , just some words spelling mistakes,did not do a real good review ;

2, I m not the USA citizen, i m just trying my best, you or whoever, probabaly can not fully understand it, but at least this post at FB show my discontent of the government's measure to legally migrating people ;

3, Knowing that there are thousands of post, no matter a perfect or a badly organized one, do you think Obama would read it? or even his assistents? but why did i still do it, cause we must try whatever we can, as the OP. Since after this amnesty, people who are at a legally migrating way are being hurted.

4, Thank u again for poiting that to me. I'll appriciate your post on FB too, a perfect one, if you agree with me and many people here. You may know, even 2000 of us post on FB, it's still such a weak yell, so well or badly organized words, i did my efforts, now it's your turn, if you want the K1 's processing time to be shorter too.
