We are NOA April 1st and we JuST got approved!!!!!!!!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!

I checked my status online....I'm not transferred yet. I hope VSC hasn't lost my file. I'm kinda getting nervous now.

4/1/2013 Mailed I-129F to Dallas
4/3/2013 Application received in Dallas
4/8/2013 NOA1 approved/mailed back to fiancee in US
4/13/2013 NOA1 in hand

9/04/2013 Case transferred to TSC

9/18/2013 NOA2 Approvedkicking.gif

9/23/2013 Case transferred to NVCdancin5hr.gif

10/01/2013 Case sent to Mumbai Consulate

I think we should be the first group to try and not complain about the rate both centers are moving at! We all know we have to wait. It's so discouraging coming on here and half the posts are people

Revived our NOA1 on April 25th so fingers crossed we don't have much longer to wait for our NOA2 as this whole wait is not fair on anyone of us.

That is awesome that you are seeing approvals out of CSC already. It gives hope that Texas will move faster. I really am fightihng nerves casue it means i have so mucht og et done in very little time. I wil be working ahrd to get the Packet 3 ready very soon. I have most of the stuff.

Because of this news, I'm now planning to go to the usa and wait with my fiance. I think at the beginning of August I am planning on going down. It's sooner than I thought and now I'm just in awe that this is "finally" happening. I just came back from the usa 2 days ago too. Wish I had received this news ONE day sooner as I probably would have stayed in the usa on the full time allowed. (They stamped my passport with a B2 to stay til Dec 20-I'm hoping I won't have any issues at the border when i try again, wish me luck!)

Congrats to all the approvals! Our turn is coming!

after you get NOA2 you will gt notice it went to the consolate and they will send Packet 3. Send that back and they will send packet 4 and you can book your interview. I am working on completing my packet 3 so it is ready as soon as they sned it. you might be able to start working on it if you can find a link in your country's forum. I know Canada's are there.

I really am excited, although trying not to get too excited. I know it will still take time. But everything seems to be falling in place with other things so, Why not this too right?

Is there anyone who didn't get their file transferred from the VSC? Kinda getting the feeling that my fiancee and I are the only ones who were left out from the transfer. =(

COMING TO AMERICA!!!!!!!!!!!!

3/6/14 - POE

3/20/14 - Married

3/28/14 - File date for AOS

4/2/14 - NOA1 for I-485, NOA1 for I-765

4/7/14 - Requested EAD expedite

4/9/14 - USCIS request evidence of need EAD expedite

4/17/14 - Biometrics walk-in early (for may 2 appt)

5/12/14 - EAD card received

7/10/14 - Notice of interview waiver received

2/26/15 - Green card received

We are also California and United Kingdom. I'm so stoked to read your message. We filed the after you and received NoA1 May 5th. Crossing our fingers for all of us. It's been so crazy. I just need by future hubby here. Good luck to you!!!

I got my 3rd notice today that my file is being processed at a uscis office. I read on here that that means my file actually is physically at the office on someone's desk with a pile of other ones. Anyone else get the email? I know me and my fiance were excited over this.
