I am almost at 2 months waiting (on the 3rd) and I get to see my fiance in 23 1/2 days (fingers crossed that I don't have problems at the border). Send good thoughts my way please smile.png. I've been so happy to see Vermont transferred those files. It's really looking like we will be processed in their timeline now. Yahoooooo!

I think we should be the first group to try and not complain about the rate both centers are moving at! We all know we have to wait. It's so discouraging coming on here and half the posts are people

I wanted to share with you my friend's experince, I made the K1 packge for her, Her PD with uscis was 04/30/2013 and it was approved on friday 05/31/2013

day 2 -- 04/12/2012-- package was received.

day 43-- 05/23/2012-- Notice for an interview is received for 06/26 @ 2pm

day 63-- 06/12/2012-- Received a Text & email for an update- Card production EAD/AP

day 77-- 06/26/2012-- interview / approved on the spot.

day 86-- 07/05/2012-- Received my GC in the mail.

ROC

day 1 -- 04/07/2014 -- ROC Package delivered to VSC

day 16 -- 04/23/2014 -- Walk-in Bio.

day 197 -- 10/20/2014-- Approval Letter received dated 10/16/2014

day 202 -- 10/25/2014-- GC received

Your case has been accepted and routed to the USCIS Vermont Service Center for processing. Within 7-10 days by standard mail you will receive your official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) with your Receipt Number EAC***... Its 2months now and the mail hasn't come, this 's so annoyin. April fillers, has any1 got theirs?

I am trying so hard to be patient but knowing my fiance likely won't be able to come to visit due to finances has made it tough. We talk on skype every night, even if it is only for 15 minutes. 05/07/2015 - RFE request sent back to USCIS

05/08/2015 - RFE request received at USCIS

05/11/2015 - Green card IN PRODUCTION!!!!

05/11/2015 - Welcome letter Mailed!

05/14/2015 - Welcome Letter Received

05/18/2015 - Green Card Received!! FINALLY!!!!

Good morning Fellow April filers. 2 Months down...Hopefully not too many more to go. It's going good for me. I get to visit my man in 17 days (16 1/2 now lol). I was denied entry last September so I'm praying and hoping for good luck that there won't be any problems at the border this time around. I need to see him so bad. But good vibes! Plus, it's been 2 months, they transferred those 2 months of filers out of our way to texas...it can only be good news. I am very excited about that. I feel like within a week or 2 we are going to be seeing Feb filers getting approved. At least this is what I'm really hoping for. So I'm optimistic that April filers will start to be approved in August. Too optimistic? Maybe but a girl can dream.

hey fellow april filers :D new to the forums here and jus wanna wish you guys luck with your processes and hope for speedy approvals :) i know its tough being away from our loved ones during this process but just know its worth it in the long run, and at least you guys get to skype/talk to your other halves just about everyday!! (mines in U.S Boot camp til august!!) anywho, lets hope for some fast approvals and keep praying ♥

That would be awesome, we are hoping to get married in November... Don't know if it will happen or not... but we hope! My fiancé will be here in 11 days and stays til August so it would be insanely awesome if we got our NOA2 just before he flew back. Either way he will be here for our son's 1st birthday (of course unless thats too close to the interview... then we'll just celebrate it when he gets here!)dancin5hr.gif YAY!!! GO FASTER TIME!!

03/24/2014 : RDJ response "Have him send the passport back to us so we can cancel the visa"

04/2014 : Found out about the "other woman" (she knew about us the whole time)

05/2014 : Filed for custody, no visitation, last name change

05/2014 : Cut off all contact. Found out I was just an easy way into the US.

06/14/2014 : Served him with custody papers. Never got a service notice back.

Hello all! I'm an April filer as well.

My "receipt date" on my NOA-1 was April 11th.

As you can see in my signature not much for progress, but I check every day!

2013-03-29: Paid for a service through RapidVisa & began to prepare paperwork.
2013-04-11: Sent all the necessary documents to RapidVisa for review.
2013-04-12: Signed my application in red ink, so I had to overnight RapidVisa my application signed in BLUE ink.
2013-04-15: RapidVisa reviewed my application, found no fault and sent the I-129F Application to the Texas Lockbox.
2013-04-17: Electronic notification that the application was forwarded to the VT Service center.
2013-04-19: NOA-1 Received (snail mail) with the wrong country of birth for the foreign Partner. Notice date was 2013-04-15.

2013-04-19: Electronic Notification Received that an Alien Registration Number (ARN) was assigned to Foreign Partner.
2013-04-22: Called USCIS and corrected the typographical error on the NOA1.
2013-04-30: Received notification that the typographical error on the NOA1 has been corrected in the electronic system, but the error was minor and will not affect my application, as it is still valid.
... Waiting ...

Our I-129F was received on April 9th, and the notice date on the NOA1 was April 11th. It has been almost 2 months and we have not received anything since then.

It seems like some other April filers received a notice that their Alien registration number was changed, but on our NOA1, they was no Alien registration number. Not sure whether that is good or not.

I noticed on Igors list, vermont has approved a few january and feb petitions!!! Hope they pick up the pace a little bit. Still not expecting much beyond November just to keep from getting my hiopes up too high. I likely won't see my fiance before the interview, then my mom will drive down with me to keep me company on the move. Its hard ot beleive it has been two months. Really, time has gone by fairly fast.

It's exciting!

Especially when I check the estimated adjucating date in my timeline: it seems to be getting closer to the beginning of August, which is only 2 months away!

I know it's just an estimate but still makes me feel good :)

Hehe it is funny how it has flipped around. California is flipping out the approvals left right and center. I am in vermont aned it still says October 14 for possible approval timeline. I am still trying to stay calm and patient...

Yeah i don't understand the possible august approval. Mine is October as well. I hope it's August, that would be a dream come true!

Ok, I was just looking at a bunch of timelines. Now I'm really confused. The VJ timeline-are they estimating this is when your visa is in hand?? After interview? I thought this was just til your NOA2. They don't process any certain country faster than another I'm assuming.
