Hi All, Just wanted to start a I-751 April 2013 filing thread.. Its the first of the month, and its no April fools day for us.. I just mailed the ROC package today and wanted to get this thread star

7/2/10- NOA1

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

Wow this is the first transfer from April applicants - a few of the June, July & August VSC applicants have been transferred to CSC. Welcome to the club.

Of course we had similar message, which later changed "The CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED was transferred and is now being processed at a USCIS office.". And the NOA2 received provides the address of CSC.

I was wondering the same but if I remember correctly on the RFE it states that we should hear back within 14 days (some response from USCIS I suppose) but if we don't then we have to wait 60 days to take action. I'm past 14 days, and this is my third week in waiting but haven't heard back from anyone except the delivery receipt from USPS.

Guess I'll have to keep waiting...

12/11/13 - Response to service request rec'd - vague info about processing times

One thing I have learned on this journey:

There is no such thing as an "overkill" evidence package. Submit anything and everything you can. Who knows what will prevent you from getting an RFE.
