In other news: I attempted to hunt down my hubby's biometrics letter, and he seems to think they kept it. Either way... we don't have it, so we don't have our case number! GAAAH. :(

That is correct, however the NOA1 and the biometrics appointment letter are in most cases received within a month of filing I-751. So it's safe to assume that the vast majority of people will get thei

It would be a big mistake on their part if they kept it. They are supposed to stamp the notice and give it back to you - it serves as proof of completed biometrics.

Basically about the evidence showing we are living together (they are listing on -children, combined financial, resided and shared responsibility, affidavits) and because my husband works oversea, they specific for more from his job. Others on the list we have sent out.

But unlike the website which says I should receive the card within 30 days, the letter says 60 days rolleyes.gif

Anyway, at least I have the letter now confirming ROC approval, so even if my card doesn't get here by the time of my trip in 2.5 weeks, I will have the letter with me for additional proof alongside the extension letter and expired 2 year green card. But I'm still hoping the actual card may show up before my trip - fingers crossed!
