Congrats on your NOA! Well, everyone gets a 1 year extension, so that's pretty standard. Based on current timelines, removal of conditions takes between 6 and 8 months for most cases, occasionally a bit longer. That's the timeline you should prepare for.

Hello ! I'd like say thanks to everyone who shared their experience in this topic. I was a little bit nervous because I sent my i-751 package on April 22 to VSC (it was delivered on Apr 24) and I got no response so far (check is not cleared and no NOA). It seems everyone who sent their package on the second half of april have to wait two or three weeks for their NOA. I'll keep you updated of any change I'll have in my case.

yes we need to be patient, i was looking oct and dec fillers forum and they r just getting their aprovals. its going to take us little while but we r going to get there. Good luck

For the filing date we need the date your package was sent to CSC, not the date it arrived. Please let us know and one of us will add you to the list. Best of luck!

Just checked my bank account and the check is in the process of being cleared! I assume I will get the NOA in the mail soon...

ROC Journey:

4/24/13 - Submitted I-751 application

4/26/13 - I-751 officially filed

6/11/13 - Biometrics done

8/14/13 - Rec'd RFE

9/21/13 - Submitted RFE response

9/23/13 - RFE response rec'd at VSC

(about 2 months later)

11/21/13 - Service request via Tier 1 submitted

12/11/13 - Response to service request rec'd - vague info about processing times

12/12/13 - Service request via Tier 2 submitted

12/10/13 - APPROVED!!! (letter rec'd 12/14/13)

12/16/13 - 2nd Service request response rec'd

12/17/13 - Card production email/text rec'd (online case updated)!

12/24/13 - Notification rec'd via email regarding card mailed on 12/23/13 (online case updated as well)

12/26/13 - 10-yr card rec'd!

One thing I have learned on this journey:

There is no such thing as an "overkill" evidence package. Submit anything and everything you can. Who knows what will prevent you from getting an RFE.

USCIS CA Service Center received our packet on April 30. Haven't cashed the check yet.

If you want to be added to the list, let us know the date you actually sent the package to CSC - this is the filing date.

June 26, 2010 - civil wedding
Aug 2, 2010 - I-130 package mailed to the London Consulate (DCF)
Aug 9, 2010 - NOA1 (confirmation of receipt) via email
Sep 4, 2010 - religious wedding
Oct 21, 2010 - NOA2
Nov 25, 2010 - Case number received in the mail
Nov 29, 2010 - Medical
Dec 1, 2010 - DS-230I & DS-2001 forms mailed back
Feb 1, 2011 - Interview - APPROVED!!!
Feb 7, 2011 - Passport with Visa received via courier
June 7, 2011 - POE Los Angeles (LAX)
June 18, 2011 - 2-Year Green card received in the mail!!!

April 2, 2013 - I-751 package mailed to California Service Center

April 3, 2013 - NOA1 date
April 8, 2013 - check cleared
May 6, 2013 - Biometrics completed

July 25, 2013 - 10 year green card APPROVED!! (notification via text and email, and website updated)

July 29, 2013 - ROC approval letter received in the mail

July 31, 2013 - 10 year green card received in the mail!!!

March 24, 2014 - NOA1 date and Priority Date

Aug 27, 2014 - Oath ceremony, I am a US citizen!!!

Sep 11, 2014 - US passport received
