Just wondering when USCIS will update the processing time again? By looking back on the reports, it could be any time on the month. Sometimes they update in the beginning of the month, other times at the end. What's your guess? And will we get a nice surprise this time from CSC??

Perhaps a psychic would be able to sped some lit on the workings of uscis because their system update seems to happen at completely random intervals :ranting:

IMHO, they will not update their timeline. Here's why: They have been working on petitions in a spotty fashioned dated after July 18th. Some Sept and August or late July. If they don't update the timeline, then the rest of us, when we are past what we think is reasonable, won't get past a teir 1 rep when we call, because we are 'still within the timeframe." If they moved it up to say the middle of August, then all those August filers still waiting could file for a service request. That's me though. I could be wrong.

I agree, any updates will include the same tme frame untill the entire backlog is cleared up. Why, because they have no motivation to do so, point in fact the longer it stays the less complaints can be generated against them for being slow.

They will probably release some updated information by the end of April, The processing date of 18th of July most likely will not change though.
