Yes I am using IE and even when I opened the downloaded copy from emailed on Adobe Reader, the result is same. Do you think it's browser problem?

You can try on different browsers. But if the downloaded copy isn't working either, then it may be your PDF reader. Is your Adobe up to date? Maybe trying a different PDF reader would fix the issue.

I'm just curious your hubby got his naturalization certificate on 5/2011 but you guys filed on 6/2011 a month loss. :huh:

oh yes, i remembered.. after he became a citizen, my husband waited 2 weeks for the passport, because we need to send the proof of citizenship... and there were other unpredictable issues that slowed down the process...

Just wait maybe tomorrow it will be complete. Mine went for "sorry we don't have it yet" to " your case is complete... Hang in there I'm sure it will be tomorrow

USCIS - 66 days ROC - 139 days from sent to approved
12/3/2012 - I-130 delivered to Chicago 5/20/15: mailed I-751 package to California office
12/4/2012 - NOA1 NBC (Missouri Service Center MSC) 5/22/15: Date on NOA1
12/6/2012 - Check cashed 8/26/15: Bio appointment

12/8/2012 - Received paper NOA1 10/06/15: Received Email card was being processed
12/20/2012 - Case number showed up on USCIS website
1/29/2013 - Called USCIS and case is still at NBC
2/8/2013 - Received an Email that we were approved on 2/7/13
3/5/2013 - Told file may have been "misplaced" to email NOA2 to NCVresearch
3/7/2013 - ISO at the USCIS opened a service request to try to track down
if and when the file was shipped. Should hear something before 3/26 ( so she said)

Yeah AOS was accepted yesterday , i called they 1st said they didn't receive it ... then when i called again they said they reviewed and accepted it and each time i call they ensure accepting AOS package

I tried on Chrome too but the result is same. Yes Reader is up to date. Anyway at least I knew that it is the cover sheet I need to use. Now I have to figure out what's wrong with the display. is it my system or the website??

There's more than just Chrome! Try out Firefox and Opera as well. Try re-downloading from those browsers as well, not just trying to print them out.

Have you tried using a different PDF reader? Once you have a new PDF reader installed, download/print it again, using various browsers.

Have you tried using a different PDF reader? Once you have a new PDF reader installed, download/print it again, using various browsers.

I think it's something wrong with the NVC payment portal cause i tried it by downloading into my mobile too and it's the same. I got the new adobe reader downloaded from the link given in the NVC email.

Yes I tried with other PDF reader too. It's the same. And when I tried to get another copy of cover in email, I'm not getting it either whereas it says I can get upto 11 emails and also in the text fields it say 'Home Address' 'Work Address'. There is no text filed to enter another email address.

Try foxit. It's a great little pdf reader/maker. :)

Submit each package when it's ready. The order of submission of the packages doesn't matter so long as you have the appropriate bar coded cover sheet on each.

No, it's a printer problem. Make sure your page size is correctly set in printer preferences.
