Awesome, I just did that, based on some other posts I'd read, so I'm glad to get some confirmation of my hunch.

When did you submitted your payment? I made mines the 17th for $230 and it's still showing processing. ugh and it cleared my account, now they're saying that they have no payment on file. I don't know what to do

Submitted the 24th, payment taken out the 25th, spoke to someone yesterday that it can take 3-5 business days (unlike the 2-3 they say on the payment portal). Their five days were up today, so....But now I'm nervous, because even after database error it's still just say "In Process"

My payment of $230 still shows under processing since April 22 ugh I called the NVC they said wait that everyone has the problem I asked if I can send my Ds 260. They said no to wait till it says paid I'm so mad I don't know what to do plz tell me what to do

hey is it true that if you can't login anymore to the payment portal it means your case is either getting completed or it has been completed?

Not true, I am able to login to the CEAC website and view my invoices for both the AOS and IV fee, and i've had case complete for practically a week now.

It USED to be true, It used to be called SIF (Sign-In Fail) here on VJ, but that stopped I believe last year or the year before. Sometime after I went through the process. I can now log back onto the payment portal, even though it's been 2 years since I've been in the US.

There's been movement, case completes, and a dearth of 'wait for NVC to get the casefile'.

Does Syria do online forms? You would be sending a DS-230 not a DS-260 (that is an online form.)

Because of the war going on in Syria my case transfer to Jordan they required Ds -260

The Ds-260 is an online form so you only send the documents. I assume by email hat you've already opted in for?

Also, can someone tell me what is the POINT of the IV fee being invoiced after the AOS fee?
