Do I fax, courier, or what the DS-230? Thought Express Post would be the best option.

we sent the checklist and the DS via Canada Post Priority Courier, but we wanted it to get there fast. DON'T check "signature required" they won't get it if you do

Also, I've heard in the forums that one has to provide a copy of passport bio-page? Am I right?

you'll be providing passport at interview, no need to send copy

It also says that I-864 needs to be notarized... I thought this was no longer the case.... wisdom anyone????

That's because Montreal sends you the outdated I-864, when you DID have to notarize. I used the NEW one from USCIS because I didn't want to have to get it notarized. I have read someone went to interview with both, new and old, and the woman behind counter didn't seem to be too concerned and said "either or". So I am doing new.

sorry I don't know answer about the translation thing...........

Seems like MTL is quite fast when it comes to scheduling eh? (was reading your timeline and was pretty impressed). This is good news!!!

That made me laugh so hard I snorted................Montreal and fast do not go in the same sentence.
