hello everyone im glad to be here i hope to get help in this forum

i meet my fiance online 1 year and 3 months now and she coming to me in may

i mean we know each each other online for 1 year and 3 month + 1 month living together

my question : is 1 year and 3 month enough to apply visa k1 ??

Once you meet in person you can file for the K1. Unless there are extreme circumstances that don't allow it, that is the main requirement along, ofcouse with being engaged.

There is no time requirement other than having to have met in person at least once in the 2 years prior to submitting your application.

You don't have to have lived together, or spent a long time together.

i understand well we are planing to rent a house and live together for 1 month i think it will help too

face to face time (no keyboard) is what's looked at to determine IF you've met yer fiance(e ) within a 2 year period. That's it.

The other stuff, where a keyboard is used, does count for continuing a relationship, useful as proof of the relationship.
