I would be extremely grateful if anyone could give us an idea of how long it takes from the time your NOA2 is received until you get your interview date or NOA3? My fiance and I will be working through the USA embassy in LONDON. I know it differs depending upon the country, so anyone that can tell us about their experience with that process and London-- we would be very appreciative! This process is driving me insane, and any insight into the timing would be great. THANKS!

Once you receive your NOA2 and your case is approved by the USCIS, your file will be transferred to the NVC. Once it is forwarded to the NVC, they will assign a file# and start the billing and filling out of imp. forms. But the entire processing at the NVC should be completed in 1-2 months at the max. However, each case varies and your case can always be an exception. But processing at the NVC is highly efficient and you will get past it without friction.

Good luck.

About 2.5 - 3 months is pretty standard from NOA2 to attending the interview. There is a UK forum where you can find lots of K1 experiences and tips, especially in this thread http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/350185-london-2012-k1s-from-noa2-to-interview-thread/
