Hi, we are looking to apply, however the petitioner lives in Australia... We are sending the application from here in Australia, and we are sending it express+registered over to Texas.... Do we send it to the Lewisville address or the Dallas one? Not sure how the package is handled in the US and which one we should send it too.. Thanks!!

We sent it Express from Romania with FedEx. Got there in 2 days and we had no problems :)
