Hi everyone,

Our NOA2 has already been mailed to us.We have a lawyer for this process. But we just wonder if we can just call USCIS or is it NVC to get hold of our case number. What's the number to call?do we have to wait for something in the mail for the case number once confirmed we already have one.Anyone please reply?By the way, we received the text about our approved petition on March 8 and got the NOA2 after a week.

Thanks and more power to all.

Upon approval of your petition USCIS sends your approved package to NVC which is part of the State Department. You should call NVC:

Telephone number: (603) 334-0700

Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (Eastern Time)

You must include the following information to receive a case specific response:

•Your NVC Case Number or USCIS receipt number

•The applicant’s name and date of birth and the petitioner’s name and date of birth

•If you are an attorney, include the name of the law office requesting the information

You should have a Manila case number already or VERY soon. If you wait for them to contact you they will but it can delay you for a few weeks.

Hello,

If you filed for I-129F, this is the USCIS Customer Service Number: (800)375-5283.

If you received a notice, (Form I-797C, Notice of Action), the number in the left lower side of the paper.

Good Luck! ☺

Notice was already received of an approved I-129F petition. The next step for PHILIPPINE FILERS is to obtain their Manila Embassy case number from NVC. Once they have the case number they pay their visa fee, schedule their interview appointment online, and go to St. Lukes for their medical exam. There is no need to contact USCIS as their petition in now in the hands of the State Department(NVC and soon Manila Embassy).

Here's the Cliff Notes version of what to do when the USCIS approves your petition:

1. Keep calling the NVC until you get your MNL case number.

2. Once you get your MNL case number, pay the visa fee at BPI. Don't wait for the Embassy to send you a letter.

3. The next business day after you pay the visa fee at BPI, schedule your interview appointment online or by phone.

4. Complete the medical at St. Lukes extension clinic a week or two before the Embassy interview.

5. At the same time as your medical, complete the CFO seminar.

6. Complete the Embassy interview.

7. After you get your visa packet from the Embassy, go back to the CFO and get the CFO sticker.

8. Book a plane flight to the U.S.

9. Pack your bags.

10. Fly to the U.S.

Click here to read the Embassy's letter to the beneficiary which tells the beneficiary they are eligible to schedule an interview and gives them interview preparation instructions.
