Hello, I got a I-797C Transfer Notice for my I129F on March 18th from California to ... I don't know where.

Is there something trending that I haven't seen?

Is there a likely location that it is going to go?

Our receipt date was 1-9-13.

I'm concerned and just looked at the other available 'processing times' on the uscis site. All of which indicate significantly longer wait times, aside from Vermont, than California.

Does anyone have any guesses or would some bit of information be relevant to an answer?

Thank you,

instantbenz

This is pure guessing: it could either go to VSC or your local office. I think either option is better than CSC at this time because it is barely processing I-129F petitions. Actually, I wouldn't mind at all if they transferred our petition too.

Instantbenz, would you please share with us your timeline?

No, A&A it doesn't, there was no further information in the physical letter.

E&F, yes I'll get around to the timeline tonight hopefully. I really hope you're correct about Vermont.

What really had me spinning was that the options on the uscis site's processing time drop down menu were all double that of California.

I'll keep a close eye out for updates and I'll get that timeline up.
