HI every body i have Urgent question my visa cr1 im plan that when i go To USA i will looking for job also my wife have no job and she looking. in the Beginning we will stay in the apartment of my wife sister she will give to us for some time but the problem she just took this apartment this month,??? the government give to her its one bed room i want to know if we stay in this apartment only me and my wife for some time any problems because this is government support for her sister ? and for my green card i have PO box there to receive the green or its spouse to be real address, ?

Is the government paying for the apartment? Where will the sister live? And how will you go about the income requirement if your wife don't work?

If you are talking Section 8 housing where some or all of the rent is subsidized by the government or state authority, your sister will lose her benefits if landlords report you are there. The housing is just for who is on the lease.

So yes there can be problems.
