Hi!

We received our package 3 on the 20th of March and faxed our checklist & ds230 on the same day. We have been waiting since for package 4.

Couple questions:

-Can we go ahead and book our interview without having yet received package 4?

-do they email/fax package 4?

Thanks!

No one can answer you unless you tell us what country and what embassy you are going through. This is country and embassy specific.

You're moving quickly since NOA2, good for you! I think Packet 4 contains instructions for booking interview and how to pay fee, doesn't it? (I think I read this somewhere, but can't remember where--I'm curious, myself)

Checking the OP's timeline they're chasing a K1 visa and going thru Vancouver.

Hey sorry, I thought I had posted this in Canada forum/portal. I'm from Canada and going through Vancouver

Its fine - it wasn't originally you posted in the K-1 forums. Post was moved to the Canada forums to make sure you get the correct answers.

E-mail the Vancouver consulate with your case number in the subject line and ask for packet 4 to be e-mailed to you. I do not believe they are open to the public or answer inquiries on the last Wednesday of the month, so you may hear from them Monday. They will e-mail you packet 4 if you have been communicating via e-mail.

Vancouver is usually very fast and will often respond within the same day. I send packet 3 and received packet 4 in the same day.
