Does anyone have any idea how long it takes to get an interview date from the Kingston Embassy (Jamaica). The NVC advised the case is now completed but to wait for Embassy to set interview date.

Have you tried to locate an email address for the Kingston Embassy? If you can find an email contact, send them a letter with hopefully a case number that should have already been issued. My gal immigrated from H.K. and I had to send an email to the US embassy there to get the process started.

I emailed the Kingston embassy and attached the DS 230 (for K-1) and received my interview date four days later, via email.

IR/CR interview dates R schedule only by nvc in about 18 days, then U have to set medical appt asap & have docs

It took me about 1 week to get an interview date with my CR1

I got my letter on November 8,2012 for my interview on December 21, 2012. I think they give u enough time to schedule for the medical and to get the result back in time to them
