My co-worker whom works in the Manila Embassy tells me 30 Nov will be a down day too. Not sure if this effects the USCIS annex or not. If you have an interview on 27 Nov, be aware the verdict of the Marines accused of rape in Nov 2005 will be handed down that day. There will likely be protest around the Embassy regardless if the verdict is innocent or guilty. Payato
