Oh, boy...In thinking that all was straightened out, checking the "list" what seemed many, many times, I woke up from a dead sleep last night realizing we didn't send a statement from my fiancé with his intent to marry within 90 days of entering....We met in person, he has a tourist visa to visit the me in the U.S., and has in fact spent 6 out of the last 10 months in the United States. Ug. Any thoughts?

Many thanks!

An RFE doesn't delay your case too long... Mine delayed my case 2 weeks. Not a big deal.

You will likely get an RFE, the letter of intent is one of the primary requirements of the K-1 visa petition. Hopefully, it will be an easy fix and won't delay you too much.

Good luck.
