Hi.. Finally think we are ready to file... Is there anything we are missing?

We have..

- 2x biographic forms

- 1x petition for alien fiancé

- 2x letter of intent to marry

- evidence (boarding passes of trips together, joint bank account, 4x photos of us together)

- 2x passport photos

- photocopy of petitioner's birth certificate.

Are we missing anything?

Also can someone please confirm which address to post everything too? We are both living in Australia so we are sending the package from here... All documents are in a folder with

plastic sleeves.

Thanks so much for the help Vj!

The address is located in the instructions for the I-129F, everyone sends it to the same address. You may want to have a read of them in case you missed anything else other than the address to send it to.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

I am a Citizen of the United States of America. 04/16/13

Thanks.. In regards to the proof of on going relationship.. We have a hotel receipt from a recent birthday but it doesn't have our names on it. Not sure what else to use. Would that and some recent photos be okay? Is it sufficient to just write the date on the back of the photo or does it need to have some sort of official time stamp on it? Thanks

Divorce decrees?

The petition is for the petitioner, not the beneficiary.

The Fee?

The instructions tell you where to send it in Texas....always read the instructions.

Proof of on going relationship in the form of texts, emails, letters etc., a written statement of how you met signed by petitioner, and a cover sheet detailing everything that's in your packet ... In addition to my US birth certificate I also sent a copy of EVERY page of my passport to establish citizenship...you should follow the guide on this site word for word
