I'm preparing to send my fiance all the I-134 information, ongoing proof of relationship, fiance letter, the kitchen sink and NOA2. I have read on the guide stating for the K1 a copy of NOA2 should be sent to the fiance. My fiance is insisting he needs to submit orginals of everything. This question goes out to anyone who has gone through the Jamaican embassy, Do they require the original or a copy will suffice? My concern is the fee for a duplicate NOA2 if this one is lost. I know we will need it for the AOS.

Thank you.

I believe is a copy as well. Since we will need to submit the NOA2 with the AOS application. Hopefully it is, just want to see if anyone with Jamaican Embassy experience could confirm. Otherwise, once I case is received at the embassy I will have to contact them and ask.

copy, actually (if at all) as it's not needed at the interview.

The NOA-2 is needed for AOS, later, and even then, a copy is sufficient.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Thank you.

The only originals are his bc, police cert, and non-impediment. Otherwise copies are accepted.

Embassy specific item.
