Online DS 260 'error message' HELP!!

Hi everyone,

I'm currently filling out the DS260 online but when I reach a certain point, I get an error message saying 'try again later'. It doesn't save the page I was working on. It's happened 4 times today. I'm so frustrated! Anyone else have this problem? If so, how did you deal with it?

It wouldn't save back in 2009 when I was trying to do it either. I remember it was also timed, if you took to long it would say to try again later so I had to fill the darn thing in fast as I could to get through it. Not sure if thats maybe the problem your having?

What browser are you using? It is designed, sadly, to be used with Internet Explorer. I did some of mine in Firefox but when things started looking "whacky" (yes, that's my technical term for it) I moved to Internet Explorer and it worked much better.

Sadly, yes. I have a Mac. I had to install Windows on it just so I could use IE for this process. I did manage most of it through Firefox but when it looked out of line somehow, I switched to IE.

I used Chrome for everything and had no issues. But! Browsers can be finicky sometimes.

Chrome won't even keep me signed into vj anymore. At least I'm not posting undefined everywhere though.
