Let me see if I can phrase this better for my husband;

my husband and I have a debate on his address (he the beneficiary) on the I-864 form.  Since he files the DS-3032 to say all info needs to go to my address (in Ohio) do I need to put my address under part 2 or do I put his address abroad in england. Since that is where he is currently living and the DS-3032 has me listed as his agent. He thinks one way I another and we both have read it and seem to interpret it differently.

hope someone can help us. THANKS!

Filed: IR-1/CR-1 Visa Country: Nigeria
Timeline

You have a right to choose wherever you want your MAILING ADDRESS to be. There is no rule about it. if it is safest to have you put the petitioner's address so be it.

Even though you have chosen your wife as the agent of choice, you can still put the beneficary's address for that part. For ours I put my address under my name (petitioner) and our Nigerian address under his name. It does not really matter.

GOD has been WONDERFUL!!!

You would put your address under your section and his address under his section. They are asking for your physical/mailing address.

Choice of agent is merely who they send the information to via email and mail. Beneficiary chooses this because they are the one applying for the visa.

Sorry my VJ is on the fritz!
