MOVING TO THE US ASAP

Hello guys,

I'll go straight to the point - and before I start, thanks to all that keep this forum going and helping us visa newbies -:

I am german, my wife is american. We got married in the US in September 2011 and at that time I had a job in the UK, so that's where we live.

My wife has UK residency - valid for the next 5 years - and soon after i got made redundant in June 2012, she found a job here.

Now, her mom's health condition has become quite poor, and we have decided to move to the US as soon as possible. We are aiming for June, but reading other threads seems pretty impossible. What do you guys recommend? is it DCF visa the way to go? is it actually quicker?

We can get a sponsor easily, as we'd have to look for jobs after the move.

Thanks so much!

DCF is quicker and if you both have residency, it is certainly the way to go. The London Field Office seems to be approving I-130s very quickly right now, which is good.
