Fellow Journeyman and women..

Any September i-130 filers received their elusive NOA2's yet? I been reading some posts by August filers that they have theirs.. so I guess CSC should be working through September.. hopfully some of us September folks may truly have something to be thankful for come Thanksgiving..

Should I get my hopes up this Thanksgiving and give my Turkey a reprive as I would be so greatful and thankful to CSC for getting of their backside and doing thier job :bonk: , or do you think Santa will coming knocking on my door bearing a christmas gift from CSC by year end? :dancing:

05/24/07 - Interview date at Mumbai consulate - APPROVED!

07/10/07 - Received Conditional Greencard. Still waiting on the SSN

12/22 Romanian Embassy has received an email from NVC that my Petition is on it's way...

12/29 Packet 3 sent to Veronica

1/12 2007 Packet 3 received Dang Holidays..

1/22 Sending all paperwork(I-134,Bank/Employer letters etc..,)..to Veronica per DHL, 3.5lbs...$144 WOW!

1/25 Recieved notice that She needs to pick up my packet in Chisinau..

1/26 Sending Back Packet 3

2/16 Transit Visa to go to Romania for the Interview approved..

2/20 Leaves for Bucharest overnight drive by bus...

Nope. My NOA1 date is 9/29 and I was touched only once...on 10/1. Haven't been fingered since.

5/25/06 - We met in Bogota

8/12/06 - Officially engaged in front of her family

9/15/06 - Married in Bogota by notary

10/7/06 - Wedding Blessing and reception in Bogota

I-130:

9/21/06 - Mailed to Texas

9/29/06 - NOA date (received on 10/11)

12/02/06 - NOA 2 received

I-129F:

10/13/06 - Mailed to Chicago

10/18/06 - NOA 1 date (received on 10/22)

11/27/06 - E-mail notification that petition approved!

12/02/06 - NOA 2 received

12/06/06 - Called NVC and got case number; told that petition had been forwarded to embassy in Bogota!

12/11/06 - DHL delivered petition to embassy.

12/13/06 - Adriana faxes "packet 3" information to embassy.

12/15/06 - We send "packet 3" information to embassy via courier.

12/22/06 - Return from honeymoon to find both packet 3 and 4 at my wife´s home in Bogota.

1/19/07 - Embassy interview - APPROVED! (Visa received on 1/22/07)

Update on my last e-mail. My NOA 1 was dated 9/29. Got an e-mail approval today (11/28). That's 60 days...not bad.

Looks like we are fairly close on our timelines.. want to bet on who finishes this marathon first?

I got my NOA1 on 9/12/06 and haven't heard anything form CSC. I contacted my Senator and they got a reply back saying they were working on Petitions in this catagory for 4-11-06 and before. That was on 11/6. Still nothing.

CR-1 Visa

I-130 Sent : 2006-08-30

I-130 NOA1 : 2006-09-12

I-130 Approved : 2007-01-17

NVC Received : 2007-02-05

Consulate Received : 2007-06-09

Interview Date : 2007-08-16 Case sent back to USCIS

NOA case received by CSC: 2007-12-19

Receive NOIR: 2009-05-04

Sent Rebuttal: 2009-05-19

NOA rebuttal entered: 2009-06-05
