People keep telling me to be patient, it will come etc. But it's 8 months and a lot of august and now quite a few sept filers have been approved and we call but get no service requests or estimates of when it's gonna come.

Before i'd always feel like sooooon it will be here, just gotta hold on. Now I don't know when to expect it, for 3 months I've been checking uscis and it never comes. People from july are getting their visas now. If I forget about it and just go about my business it still doesn't come, same thing happens if we call or check. It's just never coming no matter what we do. I don't understand this unfairness that we've been left waiting much longer than people that filed after us even though there have been no problems with our case or file.

Also when I tried to log into my case i saw this:

My Case Status

Validation Error(s)

You must correct the following error(s) before proceeding:

Your account has been locked due to inactivity.

Yeah inactivity that's for sure :bonk: I mean heck no visa and then they disable my account because I stopped logging in to see a page that never changes, because no visa!

I realy feel for you. Vermont has processed some way ahead of your date now. I guess you need to call and ask to speak to a tier 2 agent as it's outside their published processing times.

That's not why they blocked it. Same thing happened to me and I am checking my account every ten minutes. I think they block it every two months and then you have to change your passport :bonk:

I am so sorry to hear that you have been waiting since July. We filed in September and I am already going crazy, so I can't even imagine how you feel :crying: Have you tried placing an e request? I managed to place one yesterday, although I thought they wouldn't let me because my case is still not behind official processing time...

We called but even though we now meet criteria for past the national average, the working on date is still listed as july 2nd. It was like great finally we meet criteria lol nope they changed it.

One time we successfully placed an e-request without getting the within timeframe page. We got an email reply saying we were within time frame and to try again in 30 days. Now when I try again I just get the within time page.

My fiance calls and they do everything they can to avoid him getting to a tier 2 member of staff. When he did get through to one they said not only are we in time frame but also that the e-request counts as a request and though it was denied we still have to wait 30 days to make another request.

That 30 day wait is almost up, so he is going to call some more but he spent 50 mins just trying to get to a tier 2 so we're not hopeful.

I check the site, nothing. I'm wondering if we're gonna be 300 club, it's only 2 months away now.

Eight months is getting to be a long time but I have already past a year with no approval and yes I have already done everything possible. my approval has been sent in by the investigating officer and now i am just waiting for CSC to process it which could take forever based how they has been working lately.
