I-129F NOA2 : 2009-06-24

So why are you so concerned about K1 NOA2's?

There is no rule to it. At times one center is slower, then it's the other. There was time I was jealous of all people from CSC receiving their NOA2 at the speed of light. Now it seems Vermont is getting petitions faster. Anyway, I'm still waiting too.

I've no doubt in my mind that they're stalling to update the timetable because they don't want a rush of people calling who would actually be able to file service requests.

Yeah, they will likely only move it up a few days, if at all.

Much easier to to that, in addition to not processing 1-129F's. It's a win-win for them.

Hopefully updating their system tomorrow will also involve updating the processing times... I've tried help from my Senator, ombudsmen, calling, emails, service requests... and we can only just accept the inadequacies of CSC.

7 months 10 days and counting.

I've decided that weekends are not the time to dwell on this. If it's possible...even less is done on Saturday and Sunday then Monday to Friday.
