Exciting NEWS today!

03/08/2013 we received our APPROVAL for I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. This is for my wife in the Philippines. Now what? How much longer can we expect the process to take? It took 113 days from NOA1 to NOA2 for Post Decision Activity. Update says we are in the POST DECISION ACTIVITY phase. Is there any way we can assure that this does not get lost again? I think the only reason this got done was because I called a few days ago and filed an official request to find out the status of our application. Any one have any idea about how much longer before we complete the entire process? I miss my wife so much.

Congrats! Here's the guideline to the next step-NVC (read posts #1 and #2 entirely).

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/417050-nvc-filers-march-2013/

The entire process is variable. Depending on each case, some are completed faster than others. If you want to speed things up, read the guideline link I gave you and follow accordingly.
