Hi all,

I read a lot about Loomis confirmation number but I looked everywhere on my CSC account and I couldn't find any number. The only information regarding Loomis is on 'Applicant Summary' but all it's there is the location of the Loomis branch I chose. No number. There is an option on the page 'Register for Courier Service' but if I click on it, on the next page I'm asked to confirm that I want to cancel my appointment!

I would really appreciate any help. BTW, my interview will be in Montreal, if that matters :)

The applicant summary page should look like this: http://s128.beta.photobucket.com/user/smurf47/media/Immigration/DHL/part12.jpg.html?sort=6&o=18 (unless they've changed it a bit since 2011). What you're looking for is the Reference ID number in the first section (Applicant Information). So, just print out the entire page, and bring this with you to the interview. That's what they need to let you in ;)

When you paid the visa fee online, you had to register as to which Loomis office you wanted to pick your documents up at. After your interview, your waybill number will show up on that page after you log in. You need that waybill number to pick up your passport.

Nope, there's just the one number. So you're good to go good.gif

Once your passport has been shipped, another number will appear below the reference ID which shows your waybill number. You can use that new number to track your passport through Loomis's site.

Yes, I got an email from DHL 2 days after my interview. Not sure if it's 100% guaranteed though because I've also heard people getting phone calls saying their passport was ready, but I never got one of those. Your best bet is to track it yourself, from the number on the CSC website. Once it's arrived at your branch location, call up the branch to see if you can pick it up.

So for the interview, just have your passport and that reference ID ready upon entry?

And the interview letter. Those 3 things gain you entry into the Montreal consulate. If you're missing one (or more) they will NOT let you in.

Just to make sure, the interview letter is the e-mail I received from Montreal stating I can now book my interview and medical, correct?

I'm not entirely sure for K1 applicants, sorry laughing.gif It has to be something with the actual date on it. When you choose the date online, did you not get an email or confirmation afterwards?

Gotcha, I looked through stuff after I posted that, and there is my appointment confirmation e-mail as well, with the date and everything.. I am thinking I will bring both just to be sure!

I'm guessing that's what you need. But yes, bring both, just in case.
